Job Description :
The primary responsibility of the IT Governance is to support management with all responsibilities required to ensure that systems and IT processes align to a global IT Governance framework, which encompasses strategic business alignment, enterprise IT risk management, financial oversight and performance measurement. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and defined policies, practices, and procedures

Description :
- Lead the initiative to develop and implement a global IT risk assessment framework that will be used across all jurisdictions
- Identify and evaluate IT risks and provide recommendations for process, control or security enhancements needed for risk mitigation
- Collaborate with jurisdictional IT Governance and Compliance teams to establish a best practice approach for IT governance, risk and compliance
- Assist with the development and implementation of policies and processes for data governance to ensure the security of protected and sensitive data
- Provide input on development of a global common controls framework that will effectively meet the requirements of multiple audits and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the escalation and remediation efforts of identified risks with appropriate leadership, including business owners, Legal, Cyber and IT teams
- Engage with jurisdictional IT Compliance teams to ensure that local IT processes align to global standards and that known exceptions are documented and effectively managed
- Assist with development and implementation of a risk assessment framework for third party service providers and the cloud computing environment
- Develop meaningful metrics and KPIs that measure progress against published frameworks and demonstrate the enterprise IT governance, risk and compliance position
- Provide a strategic and consultative approach to all jurisdictions to facilitate improvements in IT operational efficiencies and controls that will further enhance the IT governance position
- Must be able to operate with a high degree of independence with respect to all job duties and responsibilities
Profile :
- Conduct Risk Assessment, Information security system audits/Vulnerability Assessment on applications.
- Identify threats and vulnerabilities in the application and analyse their significance appropriately.
- Knowledge on Ethical hacking and Penetration testing
- Knowledge of various application scan tool like App scan - Knowledge of Source code review tool and process
- Knowledge on SDLC and testing
- Knowledge on OWASP and Application Security Testing
- Evaluate the effectiveness of potential Security Controls, including limitations.
- Knowledge on Cloud and Cloud Security (Specially Azure)
