Our Client is fast growing financial Firm looking for Head IT

Responsibilities

- Will be responsible for providing support for Core Banking and other IT Applications.

- Will coordinate with various parties which are directly / indirectly related to existing process of credit underwriting which includes coordinating with credit bureaus, etc.

- Good understanding of core banking, treasury Solution, surrounding apps and multi-channel architecture.

- Good understanding of Financial Services Business and that of Book Keeping, General Ledger, accounting logics followed in Financial Institutions

- Establishing and managing systems/processes to support various API integration with our IT system.

- Proposes software solutions that will create business value and support IntelleGrow's business operations on a continuous basis.

- Works closely with Business Teams and IT Vendor team & business analysts to develop new requirements in Core Banking System and other applications.

- Maintaining current IT policies and procedural manuals.

- Gather relevant business data and support activities pertaining to analytics.

- Design and implement monitoring, configuration management and reporting functions that will make a hands-off environment.

- Understanding on the recent RBI regulation prevalent in the Banking domain

- Ensure system and quality enhancements by monitoring the respective IT activities and processes implemented, and by keeping abreast with new methodologies and practices.

- Getting the website in place, building a digital roadmap, Customer portal and identifying strategic business locations

Requirements

- 7+ years project management in IT department in the relevant products of the Bank successfully delivering complex technology solutions within a defined Software/Systems development lifecycle; consulting experience preferred.

- Currently working for Application Support function of a Bank.

- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational and planning skills

- Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment

- Familiarity with relevant
