- Extensive experience in developing new digital solutions for development sector. - Scaling up a complex interdisciplinary technical team, identification of resources and the management and control of them. - Experience in a start-up environment would be beneficial - Technology strategy planning and application to meet business goals and objectives. - Development and implementation of NPI methods and processes including gateways and build requirements. a) Necessary: - M.Tech /B.E/ B.Tech (IT, Mechanical, Electrical, others would be considered) - 5 years in an executive level technical role Desirable - MBA b) Preferred: - S/he should be experienced in commissioning projects from third parties to meet agreed objectives.
