Head - IT & Digital

Executive Hiring is looking for a Head - IT & Digital for an MNC FMCG, based at Mumbai.

MBA in Systems or bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis or a related field of study, or equivalent experience.

This is a Leadership role, hence we are only looking at an incumbent who has been handling a large Team of experts in the areas.

10+ years of information technology experience, ideally in development, implementation, and maintenance of large-scale CRM systems in area of Digital Marketing, eCommerce, eBusiness and B2B sales preferably in Consumer Goods / Retail Industry.

5+ years of progressive leadership experience in influencing cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide programs, operating, and influencing effectively across the organization and within complex contexts in area of Digital Technology.

KRA's :

Will be responsible for providing leadership, planning and insights required to maximize the value of digital technology.

Will proactively and holistically lead the Digital technology portfolio from strategy to execution.

will be the strategic interface with business partners for the purpose of digital technology strategy development, solution discovery, business process consulting, and relationship management.

Needs to have a deep understanding of CPG/ Retail & Digital Business (eCommerce/eBusiness) & Digital Marketing.
