Head - IT & Digitization Leader

A Leading MNC is looking for IT Consulting guys into IT & Business Program Leadership for SAP ERP and other IT initiatives across business lines.

- Strategic planning and execution to achieve IT-driven business outcomes

- Effectively educate and engage executive leadership to propose and deliver solutions with high impact to the business.

- Understand and align business processes with overall organizational priorities in IT systems - IT Services Consulting, Advisory traits, Process re-engineering/design Able to engage CxO to end users and devise solutions

- IT management/execution (Strategy, Program Mgmt, Operations, Infrastructure, Support, Stakeholder Mgmt, People development, IT as enabler of growth, Global mindset)

- SAP Implementation (Greenfield) experience (At least 3 to 5 implementations, SAP S/4 HANA experience preferred)

- Service Delivery Expertise (Program Management, Internal Customer Service Delivery, Scaled Agile, Activate, Agile SCRUM, Kanban)

- IT Operations (Infrastructure, Application Support, Ready to Serve, ITSM, ITIL) experience

- SAP, Primavera, Salesforce, SuccessFactors, Data Warehouse, Analytics, Ability to run HA Infrastructure, international experience

- Ideal candidate should be from a Consulting Firm

- Should have been into IT Advisory

- Should have CXO level management experience

- Should have 20 years of experience.
