Position : IT Business Partner(Commercial & Digital)
Supervisor's Position : Head IT
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE :
Enable the Function to achieve their objectives through the effective use of technology solutions. Raise awareness on the available technology capabilities in the area :
- both what is available and being used by others as well as within the wider Organisational world.
- Bridge the gap between technology and business need and serve as the strategic interface from IT into Commercial-Digital.
- Manage and deliver agreed IT Priorities and capture benefits thereof.
- The Business Partner will bring together the technology expertise, process excellence and own the IT delivery to the function
TYPICAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS :
Qualification : BE/B. tech; MBA preferred
Experience:
- 15 - 18 years experience in IT / Business
- Exposure to established ERP / CRM would preferable in addition to applications available in the marketplace
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience with managing team(s) responsible in strategic planning, business development or client management and working with a broad range of diverse and complicated business units.
- Experience of working in a Global Organisation would be advantageous
Knowledge & skills :
- Strategic thinking and planning
- Operational execution excellence
- Ability to manage delivery through partners
- Ability to prioritise projects, discuss and agree with senior stakeholders and showcase business value and its delivery
- Capable of handling a large set of users (around 50 ~ 300 users) across the country
- Strong business acumen to arrive at relevant solutions
