Head - IT Asset Management (20-25 yrs)
The IT Asset Management Leader will be responsible for:
- IT Asset management operations, including Software Asset Management and Hardware Asset Management
- Track and improve the quality of ITAM data and metrics; Establish dashboards, KPIs, alerts and other mechanisms to use asset data to drive decisions
- Responsible for ensuring optimal use of IT assets
- Track and drive the various ongoing and new programs and projects in the ITAM area
- Driving process and system improvements to improve the quality of asset data, and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of ITAM processes
- Proactive involvement in the prioritization of system requirements and project delivery in the ITAM area
- End to end responsibility for IT asset management, spanning from planning to disposal
- Responsibility for managing software license utilization and metering
- IT assets capacity planning, including refreshes
- Legal framework compliance
- Charter includes end-to-end accountability for CMDB in addition to ITAM
Liaise and work closely with the ITAM transformation program to provide inputs as well as ensuring the to-be process and systems design is in line with what the organization needs
