A Fintech start up is looking for candidates with experience in IT Application.

1) Should have deep understanding of digital architecture ie Web, portal etc

2) Should have worked on Mobile application development with vendors and strong understanding of platform

3) Strong understanding of Loan originating system, loan management system, collateral management system and collect toon management system.

4) Understanding of rules engine and workflow capability

5) Understanding of SOA architecture, framework and platform

6) Strong stakeholder engagement capability

7) Vendor management capability

8) Understanding and implementation of crm project

9) Have worked on transformation projects like analytics etc from programme management perspective

10) Good communication and presentation skills
