Head - Investor Relations

Desired Qualification : Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance from a leading management institute

- Reporting will be to CFO

- The incumbent's key role will be to ensure the company is appropriately and strategically positioned with analysts, investors, and all stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

- Represent company in investor roadshows, investor conferences and various other events

- Improve the quality of investor communication through website, presentations etc.

- Provide management with feedback on how the investment community views the company's management and financial results, among other things

- Arrange conference calls, investor/analyst meetings, one-on-one and group meetings with investors and analysts

- Effectively respond to Investor/Analyst concerns

- Prepare quarterly/annual earnings press releases, result presentations and investor presentations

- Assist in creation of high-quality Annual Report in a timely fashion

- Carry out detailed shareholding analysis for the top management team

- Develop financial models and perform various competitive analysis and bench marking of the company relative to Indian and global peers

- Independently tracking industry as well as peer performances and carry out detailed sector research for Top Management

Desired Profile and Experience :

- 8+ or more years' experience dealing with investors and Equity Research Analysts

- Excellent written and verbal Communication skills

- Excellent Inter personal skills

- Should have dealt with global investor pool (PE, multi-lateral financial institutions)

- Knowledge and understanding of the capital markets

- Familiar with financial modeling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors

- A strong understanding of macroeconomics, capital markets trends, competitor activities, industry dynamics, and customer trends

- Understanding of disclosure requirements, as well as filing requirements
