Head - Investor Relations - Bank

Our client is a new age digital-first bank focused on the financial inclusion through technological innovations.

We are looking for a person from Banking / NBFC domain.

Key Responsibilities (What to be Done)

Person will be primarily responsible for:

- Develop policies, procedures, strategies, and budgets to support the communications infrastructure.

- Data analysis and competitive intelligence

- Interacting with Equity Research Analysts

- Managing and leading Investor Events - Idea to execution

- Represent Bank to Investors and Investors to the Bank

- Support in Customer events; road shows and allied activities

- Present Investor Feedback to the Management and the Board

- Schedule, plan and participate in shareholder meetings and events.

- Collect information and perform data analysis. Prepare reports, presentations, and financial models.

- Identify networking and other opportunities for investors for the purpose of creating new initiatives.

- Maintain an investor relations section on the company website to include information such as stock prices, recent financial reports and press releases.

- Direct crisis management by minimizing threats to the company and its shareholders.

- Ensure compliance with reporting laws that regulate the financial industry.

- Share input from key stakeholders with corporate management.

Educational Qualification and Experience level

- CA or Post-Graduate in Management with experience in range of 8-12 years.

Technical competencies

- Managing investor relationship and ensuring that investor confidence is high and in line with company's vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value.

- Should have grasp on market activity and provide valuable insights to leadership team.

- Should have experience in managing and producing the statutory financial information for annual reports and accounts.

- Should have experience in liaising and reporting to clients on statutory accounting matters.
