Head - Investor Relations

Objective To help the senior management in communicating effectively with the investor and analyst community

Major Deliverables

- Preparation of quarterly and annual results presentations for Board, investors and analysts

- To build and implement necessary processes to provide inputs on investor feedback and concerns to the senior management as an input to strategic decision making

- To create and maintain relationships of trust with all relevant capital market participants

- To understand, analyse and effectively communicate the business model and strengths of the company while addressing any investor/analyst concerns

- Tracking of related commodity sector developments including peers in domestic and international markets.

Primary Skills: Good at financial analysis with mastery over excel and ppt;

- Effective communication skills with strong written and oral communication skills

Secondary Skills - Ability to use Bloomberg and other financial databases will be an advantage

- Good understanding of the Company and the sector

- Understanding of stock markets

Qualification MBA from reputed institute/ CFA / CA
