Qualification and experience etc:

- MBA (Finance) from a premier institute with at least 10 to 16 years' relevant work experience.

- Has good networking with foreign banks/ institutions, private equity players, investors and has a good track record of working relations with these institutions.

- Excellent command over business communication.

Job Role (AGM/DGM/GM):

The role demands the individual to play the role of a Head on an independent basis with front ending responsibility for managing external interface with some of the key stakeholders like Sell-side Analysts in equity brokerage houses, Investors and Rating Agencies.

Job Description (Indicative Only):

a. Management of Credit Rating Agencies (CRAs) for carrying out the Credit rating exercise of the company (including any subsidiaries, if any), and provide insights on company's business plans/ strategies etc. Additionally, he will also have to update the CRAs on the business plans/ strategies of the company on a routine basis.

b. Investor relations (IR) activity of the company: The incumbent is expected to actively engage with various Equity Analysts and disseminate the outcome to the top management. Overall, he / she has to create and present a consistently applied investment message to the investment community on behalf of the company, and monitor and present to management, the opinions of the investment community regarding the company's performance. He / She has to also distribute the monthly IR reports to the Top Management capturing the key Industry updates, ensure all the relevant notifications/ announcements, and the Investor/ Results presentations are disseminated in the websites.

c. Finance - New Business: To support the top management in effective strategic decision making by providing the required inputs by way of building business/ financial plans/ models, on the proposed business. He / She has to work on the project economics (NPV, IRR, overall project viability etc.) and disseminate the same to the top management.

d. Raising long term debt financing for both organic and inorganic opportunities at viable overall terms of funding as & when required.

e. To reduce interest cost, by refinancing or otherwise, contributing to Company's profits.

f. Maintain relationships with key personnel in the overall ecosystem of various types of financial institutions like banks, NCD investors/arrangers, NBFCs etc.

g. Managing a key risk of foreign currency exposures along with optimization of the hedging cost for the company.

h. Work closely with Business Development for working out viable proposal of projects available for M&A

i. Interact with corporate F&A team with respect to Treasury matters

j. Guide and mentor a small team of analysts to provide relevant inputs covering both sector level and company specific issues

k. Build the financial/ business models and of the new business which the company proposes to enter
