Head - Investor Relations

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Investor Relations. This role will involve managing and enhancing the company's relationships with investors, analysts and other stakeholders. He /She will play a critical role in communicating the company's financial performance, growth strategy and vision to the investment community, while also providing feedback from the market to the leadership team.

Responsibilities:

i) Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with the company's objectives.

ii) Act as the primary point of contact between the company and the investment community including current and potential investors, analysts, and rating agencies.

iii) Prepare and present financial results, business updates, and investor presentations during quarterly earnings calls, roadshows, AGMs, and investor meetings.

iv) Coordinate the preparation of investor-facing materials such as annual reports, investor decks, and press releases.

v) Monitor analyst reports, market trends, peer activity, and investor sentiment to provide strategic insights to the leadership team.

vi) Build relationships with key institutional investors, analysts, and market participants to enhance the company's market visibility and valuation.

vii) Work closely with internal teams including finance, compliance, legal, and strategy to ensure consistent and accurate external messaging.

Experience Qualification:

i) MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA or equivalent qualification preferred.

ii) Proven experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or capital markets (NBFC/Banking sector experience is highly desirable).

iii) Deep understanding of financial statements, regulatory disclosures, and capital market dynamics.

iv) Strong interpersonal and communication skills-both written and verbal

v) Ability to engage confidently with senior leadership and external stakeholders.

vi) High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.

vii) Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.
