Head Investor Relation - Reputed FMCG Company - Ahemdabad

- Lead the Investor relations ("IR") function to enable effective communication link between the internal and external stakeholders.

- The role will require the candidate to act as a spokesperson for various external stakeholders which include investors and sell-side / buy-side analysts.

Location : Corporate Office (Ahmedabad)

Job Responsibilities:

IR Strategy & investor engagement:

- Develop Investor Relations (IR) strategy and framework and maintain a narrative around Company's purpose, vision and long-term strategy.

- Proactively plan and implement strategic investor relations programs and provide support that effectively reflects performance and investment value to the external stakeholders.

- Engage with existing and new potential investors to walk through the business, strategy, financials, and spearhead all the discussions.

- Facilitating ongoing discussions with research analysts and ensuring better stock coverage.

- Assist CFO and senior management in servicing institutional investors and sell side analysts to enhance company's visibility and present compelling investment case.

Execution of regular deliverables:

- Prepare internal documents covering analyst feedback report, monthly IR report, IR model, audit committee pack and department Budget.

- Prepare internal communication documents including monthly IR MIS, Risk documents, presentations for internal messaging and Board meetings, and any other departmental presentations on need basis.

- Help the team on other internal/departmental deliverables on need basis.

- Preparing company collaterals like Investor Presentations, Press Releases, Annual Reports, Factsheets, speakers script, ESG Reports, etc.

- Assist the management to prepare for various investor events including quarterly results, annual general meetings, conferences, and earnings calls.

- Ensuring timely execution of regular deliverables including results collaterals, corporate announcements, Investor Mapping, earnings calls, all external financial communication, handle enquiries and provide continuous feedback.

- Ensuring timely and adequate resolution of the queries raised by both buy and sell side analysts.

- Work with finance team on putting together data that could be absorbed by existing and potential investors.

- Monitoring shareholding patterns regularly, analyzing key transactions and benchmarking with peer shareholders.

- Maintaining database of investors and analysts and sharing relevant updates with our contacts.

- Help in departmental contribution for annual report and website content update. Adhere to SEBI & other regulatory guidelines related to IR - Competition Benchmarking & internal intelligence:

- Maintain detailed model of company's financial performance. Analyze and update the management on the company & sector developments.

- Track research notes on Company and peers, and present summary report. Track and analyze peers performance for competitor analysis.

- Includes sector research, deep dive into financials of peers, valuation analysis and sharing relevant updates to the management.

- Preparation of regular market reports and Investor Relations related MIS and reporting to Management.
