Head - Investor Relation - Financial Services Firm

- Responsible for quarterly disclosures comprising investor presentation and press release; managing investor/ analyst interactions, conferences and roadshows on regular basis

- Handling the preparation of all backup information and FAQs to assist the management during investor meetings

- Part of the core team managing various work-streams

- Handling due diligence, review of various sections of Offer document including KPIs and Industry section, collaborating with different teams for information, third party consents, company certificates amongst others

- Evaluation and analysis of strategic investments / any other projects from time to time. Part of the core team involving review of due diligence reports, detailed valuation exercise and support in getting valuation and fairness opinion

- Leading the entire annual report preparation right from deciding the theme, finalising vendors, collection of information, ensuring overall alignment, finalisation to print of the requisite copies within the statutory timelines. Also, responsible for certain financial sections of the annual report including the MD&A, KPIs amongst others

- Ensuring regulatory compliance and handling of IR section of the website - Detailed competition benchmarking exercise done at regular intervals and feeding the necessary insights to the management

- Review of industry reports by analysts and key trends

- Keeping track of major announcement by the competitor / industry & IRDAI - Driving the ESG project for the Company in terms of enhancing the disclosures, identifying gaps and aligning new processes and policies eventually translating into improving the score amongst various ESG benchmarks and indices

- Participated in a strategic initiative involving an inter-departmental project for identifying and reducing costs

- Support to various teams looking for financial or competition disclosures for RFPs / Pitches / Applications / Internal presentations / etc

- Presentations to the Senior Management (Business Planning / Strategy)

- Strategizing Presentations / Content for Key Investor Meetings

- Strategizing support to Business Teams

- Streamlining Investor Relation procedures and processes, incl. MIS
