Requirements:

- Min 12 years of experience across the investment cycle

- Demonstrable experience successfully structuring and executing exits; M&A experience highly preferred

- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree a plus

- Exceptional financial modeling skills and a demonstrated mastery of data and analytics

- Demonstrable knowledge of investment concepts, trends and issues

- Experience successfully hiring, managing, and developing talent

- Excellent managerial, interpersonal and networking skills, as well as the ability to establish and maintain professional relationships

- Success operating in a diversity of corporate cultures

- Proven ability to operate and thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

- Comfortable leading a team through rapidly changing circumstances, priorities and goals

- Ability to communicate and collaborate within a geographically dispersed team

- Strong, demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity & inclusion

- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (when safe and appropriate)
