We are looking for a professional from Family office background for a client in the manufacturing sector. The position to be based in Pune. Position reporting to the MD &amp; Chairman. The candidate will play an independent role. Responsibilities: 1. The candidate will have to manage complete investment portfolio of the owner of the company, make investments in space of equity, debt and real estate. 2. Strong relationship with various financial advisors, banks, consultants and brokers. 3. In depth knowledge of wide range of instruments covering direct equity, PE funds, mutual funds, structure notes, bonds, real estate NCDs, commodity arbitrages. 4. Optimise the return with proper assessment of risk and investment them. 5. In depth understanding of tax implications of all financial instruments. 6. Continuous monitoring of investments in fast moving financial markets and quickly changing macro economic conditions 7. Good knowledge on Income Tax, Corporate Tax &amp; RBI Regulations.
