JD:- Business development with companies for M&A, PE, Investment banking ideas.
- Pitching to create new client relationship.
- Performing Industry specific analysis Evaluation of key growth drivers, competitive landscape, key merits & challenges.
- Experience of originating and executing deals in relevant segments including facilitating diligence and documentation.
- Build Relationship with companies, Industry experts to capture market intelligence of the sector and evaluate investment opportunities.
- Ability to showcase sector know-how and purpose creative alternatives to clients.
- Guiding the team below in preparation of: Material used for sector, company & full coverage, origination & execution of M&A and PE transactions comprising pitch books, information memoranda, management presentation.
- Financial modeling and valuation bench marking of key players.
- Manage all buy-side and sell-side mandates independently (Lead the execution)
- Improve our processes and methodologies from sales and customer success perspective
- Design business logics to improve our recommendation engine product
- Develop relationships with clients for upsell opportunities, Also be open to contribute across teams and provide insights.
Industry : Prefer Education and Real Estate.
Salary : As per industry standards + Profitability.
Professional Qualifications/ Certification: MBA (preferable) CA or equivalent with minimum 10 years of Fund Raising / Investment Banking Experience.
Experience in managing teams spread across geographies will be an added qualification
