Job Responsibilities :

- Expand and develop the Investment Banking Entity with complete responsibility of P&L

- Lead and strengthen transaction advisory practice across diverse sectors across India

- Origination and successful execution of ECM / VC / PE / M&A

- Develop and manage relationship with Listed Companies and Startups

- Develop relationship with Private Equity and Venture Capital Fund

- Mentor team members to create better delivery and leadership capability

- Generate new business ideas, ventures and service offerings that could add to the firm's existing revenue generation ability

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Minimum experience of 15 years in Investment Banking. Heading a team for business origination.

- Transaction experience across ECM / Private Equity / Venture Funding / M&A

- Good BD skills and relationship with Clients and Investors

- MBA Finance / CFA / CA preferred

- Comprehensive knowledge of financial markets and investment banking business

- Ability to plan, execute and deliver on projects in a timely manner

- Attention to detail, organized and thorough with desire for continuous improvements

- Strong entrepreneurship drive, excellent managerial skills, self-confidence, good judgment and ability to make sound decisions

- Strong team-player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation and public speaking skill
