Head - Investment & Alliances - BFS

PE Investments, PE Fundraise, M&A, Investment Portfolio management, Project Finance, Structured Finance and Corporate Strategy

- Responsible for end to end investment cycle management - potential investment sourcing, deal evaluation and negotiation of term sheets, managing Investment Committee process, deal execution, monitoring and management of investment in portfolio companies

- Alliances with NBFC- s, Banks and Fintech Companies, developing pitches with financing solutions for raising Debt Capital

- Liaison with clients for obtaining required financial data/information for preparation and submission of proposal with Banks/FIs

- Structuring the proposal and preparing Information Memorandum, Financial Model, CMA Data etc. for submission to Banks.

- Liaison, inter-act and follow up with banks for sanction & negotiations the terms of sanction

- To obtain sanction and handle post-sanction formalities with bank/s and the clients for documentation and obtain disbursements.

- Responsible for completing all the compliances as per the government policies.

- Relation Enhancement through marketing activities and campaign Management.

Desired Profile :

- MBA from a top tier business school

- Investment Banker with Debt Structuring experience, has done debt capital raising role for NBFC, arrange the debt leverage for the balance sheet

- Extensive network with relationships across banks and financial institutions.

- Strong and well-rounded business and macroeconomic understanding

- Deep experience driving corporate finance deals and prior network : The position demands engagement in diverse service segments such as resource syndication, M&A advisory, asset valuations, corporate restructuring and asset monetization

- Knowledge of Sector trends and practices

- High level of familiarity with digital tools for financial modelling will be necessary.

- Independent drive to secure business, accomplish business targets and work with inter-disciplinary team collaboratively to provide superior financial advisory services
