Head IoT - Mumbai For the new Division of a leading Conglomerate to start & lead a team CTC - 75 L to 1 Cr + Lead the strategy and development of a robust and innovative Internet of Things (IoT) ecosystem, including defining platform requirements, customer experience (e.g. digital touch points, P&S, service concept) and market strategies. Execute the digital consulting strategies for the organization. Experience & Skills required : - 12+ years of experience in operations (across any of the industries- Oil and Gas, Chemical and Process, Energy, Telecom, Manufacturing, etc.) as a business consultant. - Exposure to Cellular Wireless Connectivity Protocols (NFC, Wireless-USB/ UWB, Wi-Fi), Real-Time Embedded Systems, Operating Systems (Android SDK, Linux Open Source), JIRA, Project Management tools (MS-Project/ Office, Dashboard etc.) - Understanding of different types of sensors and their communication protocols. - A Self-starter, Good Analytical and good Inter-personal skills, Accountable and Committed, Entrepreneurship mindset, Customer- focused, Willingness to learn on fresh avenues, Team facilitator to live/ work in Multi-cultural, Multi-site Environment. - Functional experience in one or more of plant operations, manufacturing/shop floor execution, supply chain, procurement, warehouse management and related processes with emphasis on digital and intelligent technologies. - Experience working with business teams to engage in strategic, growth and transformational topics. - Must have deep understanding of IoT / Industry 4.0 / plant solutions / latest technology trends and leading products and key digital technologies such as IoT, AI/ML, AR-VR, etc. - Prior experience in engaging with CX level. - A good understanding of technology trends, market forces and industry imperatives.
