Head - International Workforce Mobility, Gulf & Europe Region

Purpose and Scope of Position -

The position is responsible for International Workforce Mobility, i.e., promoting mobility of skilled and certified Indians across sectors and job roles to identified destination countries. This includes partnerships at various levels- G2G, G2B and B2B collaborations. The person will work with Senior Head, Advisory and International Collaborations.

Duties and Accountabilities -

- Manage end to end project implementation activities

- Oversee and manage business development activities including finding new opportunities

- Operations and project management and Monitoring & Evaluation including timely execution of contracts and ensure efficient management of all activities ranging from sourcing to training and immigration

- Work in close coordination with workforce demand-side stakeholders- employers, immigration/regulatory authorities

- Strengthen the coordination with training and education institutes, state government bodies, immigration experts, language institutes, etc. to mobilize workforce to be sent abroad

- Provide regular analytical insights and reports from data points

- Ensure timely execution of various legal contracts

- Creating financial models and manage project level profitability

- Support implementation and execution of International workforce mobility digital platform.

- Provide reporting to all stakeholders including Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship and Ministry of External Affairs

Qualifications -

- University Education (Master's degree, preferably in Business/ Development/ Policy)

- 10 to 18 years of overall work experience

- Proven experience of work with government, international employers, international assessment, and certification agencies

- Advanced English communication, research and writing skills

- Problem solving skills, ability to work independently and in teams, must display leadership qualities
