We are a fast-growing, start-up company which intends to become India's leading, premium BRAND IN DAIRY AND FOOD BEVERAGES having already established DAIRY AND REAL ESTATE BUSINESS .We are looking for a talented National Head of Sales to lead our pan-Indian sales team into the next phase of success for the business.

The Head - International Sales will lead our sales professionals and report directly to the Director, holding a seat on the senior management team as one of the key decision makers. He/she will be responsible for sales & distribution strategy and execution, driving profitable growth and business development.

Sales Management:

- Leading the business pan-India in terms of sales planning, execution and review, across HoReCa and Retail (Modern- and Traditional Trade).

- Setting up of systems and processes for sales planning and review.

- Advising on sales structure & appointing the pan-Indian team.

- Achieving volume targets on a monthly, quarterly & yearly basis. In doing so, effectively translate company's goals into measurable and actionable goals for individual team members with milestones in place.

- Developing and implementing effective quarterly plans with a high degree of detail to translate yearly sales and market share objectives into achievable and measurable milestones.

- Providing leadership, motivation and control to achieve the sales goals.

- Ensuring regular tracking of performance through daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, both quantitative and qualitative information.

- Evaluating & reviewing the performance of the Sales Team and helping with their development through appropriate training.

- Reviewing performance with key accounts on a monthly and quarterly basis, providing feedback to management while taking timely corrective action.

- Ensuring proper availability and visibility of our products at the accounts through the sales team. Working closely with key accounts and large chains to ensure shelf space, trade promotions, listings and special deals.

- Undertaking systematic and regular account visits to identify gaps and opportunities.

The Successful Applicant will have a strong international sales background in the FMCG industry coupled with the entrepreneurial spirit and drive to take to the next phase of success.

- Significant experience with a fast paced and high activity field team will be seen as highly advantageous along with demonstrated examples of developing and sustaining high performance teams and winning cultures.
