Head - International Sales - Pharma (12-18 yrs)
Head International Sales - Pharma Formulations
- Develop the vision and strategy for expanding business in LATAM, Europe, MENA, SEA, CIS.
- Maintain all company distributors for all assign territories and perform regular visits to all sites and provide required training to all staff and forecast all sales volume for various projects and maintain knowledge on all product range.
- Managing top-line & bottom-line growth of business in assigned region.
- Analyze all market intelligence reports and identify all new business opportunities to expand business and maintain an efficient portfolio for same.
- Tender participation through partners for registered products in the region
- Develop business in assigned territory by appointing distributor, signing business agreement and subsequently generate sales, Establish partnerships with local distributors and suppliers.
- Identify prospective products for marketing and ensure registration in coordination with Regulatory affairs department
- Responsible for Liaison with Government officials of various countries for supply of De-Addiction range of products
- Responsible for Fieldwork in assigned countries for liaison with Doctors (KOLs) and convincing them to use de-addiction products under special permission.
- Planning, Budgeting and Monitoring sales for assigned countries
- Coordination with cross-functional departments (Planning, Logistics, Costing/Finance & Production) to facilitate timely delivery of the products
- Present sales analysis and strategies to management for taking effective decisions to increase sales in various markets.
- Identify prospects for enhancing brand visibility.
- Maintain professional relationships with all customers and distributors and ensure satisfaction of consumers with all company products and services.
