Head - International Sales - Courier/Logistics/Transportation

- Drive revenue and volume from International business to support growth levers and retain market dominance. 

- Responsible for business growth from an international customer.

Strategic :

- Responsible for International growth and sustenance and growing BD's share of wallet

- Ensure target revenue & volume growth and gross margins are met

- Conducting opportunity assessment & implement overall strategy

- Develop insight into specific customer requirements in terms of product/solution/pricing.

- Establish and maintain alliances with various industry specific forums in India

Financial :

- Ensure revenue growth and profitability for the vertical as per annual targets and aspirations

- Give inputs on strategic pricing structure and revisions as per vertical needs and competitor pricing

Operational :

- Business development

- Vertical penetration and growth

- Collaborate with operations team to improve service delivery as per customer expectation to enhance customer experience.

- Focus needs to be on TOP Customers covering DIVISION SUPPLIERS/ANCILLARY

- Focus on customer growth Rev /Volume/SOW

- Market driven product push to segment verticals

- Competitor activity & retention initiative
