Key regions: South America, South East Asia, West Asia, Korea
Product Selling Experience required: Chemical, Specialty Chemical, Technical Textile, Tyre, Adhesive, Coating Etc
Role:
- To plan, lead and ensure continuous sales growth in international markets by formulating and implementing region-specific sales strategies and establishing organisations as a preferred supplier of Insoluble Sulphur in target markets.
Responsibilities:
- Create & review the annual exports budget in line with strategic plan
- Design & implement region specific customer & product/grade mix strategy to maximize sales volume and profitability
- Identify and select effective channel partners to support sales & future growth in target markets
- Review performance periodically and take countermeasures/proactive actions as may be required
- Proactively understand customer needs and future requirements
- Partner with key customers in taking joint development and offer competitive solutions
- Design & implement systems for prompt resolution of customer complaints and bringing improvement in service support
- Explore and develop New Markets/regions for potential business opportunities
- Analyse market trends for better understanding of customers, track activities of the competitors, their products & offerings and take actions accordingly
Education: B. Tech/BE in Polymer / Chemical / Mechanical Engineering, Preferably with MBA in International Marketing
