- Candidates from Home Improvement Companies OR Building Materials like Carpet Tiles/Building Material/Non Apparels/Furniture need only apply

- Candidates who have handled international clients from SALES perspective in ME, RUSSIA, USA, EUROPE, APAC

- Anyone drawing a current CTC of less than INR 25 LPA would NOT be considered.

JOB DESCRIPTION (Indicative Only) :

A) Sales

1) Market New Products To Retailers / Buyers;

2) Strategies Product Marketing;

3) Periodically Visit Customer Stores And Update The Grids Wherever Needed;

4) Competitive Assortment Grid Presentation, Analyze Assortment Gaps And Create New Offers

B) Building/Strengthening Relationship With Clients

1) Day To Day Liasioning With Buyers;

2) Finalize The Cost Of New Offers And Coordinate With Buyers For Necessary Approvals Related To Program And Shipments;

3) Addressing The All New Business Proposals;

4) Discount And Negotiation Discussions

C) Shipments

1) Ensuring On Time Shipment And Biweekly Review Of Dispatch Plan.

D) Payments

1) Monitor Payment Status

2) Negotiating With Buyers For Letter Of Credits' Terms And Conditions

3) Ensuring Business Terms And Conditions Are Inline With The Corporate Policy

4) Monitoring The Cost Implications, Review The Program Financials On Monthly Basis

E) Product Development

1) Develop New Product As Per The Market Feedback, Test And Launch New Developed Product

2) Preparing, Monitoring And Execution Market Week Developments.

F) MIS

1) Monitoring Weekly Reports / MIS - Analysis Of Current Orders Vs Projected Orders, Analysis Of Capacity Against Future Order Bookings / Market Week Presentations/ Customer Buyers Meet Presentations, Sales Plan Finalization

G) Special Projects

1) As and when assigned by the Management

H) Team Development

1) Provide guidance and mentoring for direct reportee's

2) Address the need and the career aspiration of the direct reportee's

3) Identify high performers in the Team
