- We are looking for a candidate who has experience ( 13+ years ) in International Sales particularly in US/UK market and from BPO companies .
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Plan and strategies for developing business and achieving the sales goals
- Drafting pitches and overseeing the proposal.
- Increase sales revenue and gain market share across market segments
- Lead and direct Account Managers and Engagement Leaders, focused on delivering value, ensuring quality.
- Effectively manage all commercial aspects of the client relationship including contracts, pricing, profitability, internal revenue and profit forecasting.
- Engage with senior level client contacts across all areas of the client's business on a regular basis, delivering a continuous flow of business-building ideas, while securing relationship and performance feedback.
- Develop and drive growth & account plans, processes, and strategies that improve results for clients, while growing the account portfolio.
- Work closely with the inside sales team to develop proposal/presentation content and strategy for new business pitches.
- Effectively "on-board" new client relationships.
- Report on sales activity with consistent frequency
- Responsible for creating and providing functional and operational reports to executive management.
What we are looking for :
- 15+ years of experience.
- Strong experience in US geography and services and has the ability to generate leads/Close the deals
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
- Experience building successful working relationships with C-level executives.
- Ability to work virtually and travel frequently to pursue and qualify leads
