Department : International Marketing with experience in Europe / US markets
Education : MBA - Full Time from Premier Institute
Age - 35 - 45 years.
Industry preferred : Tyre's, Electrical, Engineering ( Capex items ), Agrochemical
Expectations from the role:
- The candidate should have the yearning to think out of the box. He should come with a strong strategic bent and bring in new innovative ideas to enhance the export sales and profitability.
- Introduce new marketing strategies if required.
- The candidate should come with a strong B2B experience, dealer distribution management, instrumental in setting up export & scaling up, Key Account Management, Relationship Management
Responsibilities:
1) To Plan, direct, and monitor the activities of a sales team and dealers outside India and product line to achieve established sales targets.
2) Develop sales plans, activities, and campaigns and managed the day-to-day activities of a sales team in order to implement the organisation's overall sales strategy for an assigned geography, product line, market segment, or list of customer accounts.
3) Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitored sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas; and adapt procedures or re-allocate resources to improve the overall performance of the sales team.
4) Negotiate sales with existing and new customers who are of strategic importance to the organisation.
5) Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution strategies for area of responsibility.
