Job title: Head of Customer Service / Internal Sales Job Location Kharadi, Pune Purpose of the position: To Leading the department - Customer Service for the Internal Sales team within an organizational structure of internal Major Key Accounts, Regional Key-Accounts, Major and Standard Accounts, and further service level functions, i.e. placing orders processing and other related operational tasks. Taking responsibility for legal entity and sales processes for India. Duties and Responsibilities: - To ensure efficient order processing, excellent and promotional customer service through high consulting competence, professional offer processing, offer/order follow-up, reliability, proactive customer information &amp; professional complaint management. - Creation of offers, orders, and complaint handling, handling customers processes and product issues. - This position will be responsible &amp; involved in driving group-wide projects to optimize the structural and process organization, ensuring successful implementation, also with the help of appropriate change management measures. An essential focus is the implementation of future-oriented communication methods with our customers as well as the expansion of CRM usage to ensure holistic customer service. - Work out measures in order to optimize the operative excellence within the department and foster cooperation with the other departments, i.e.: Logistics, Finance, and Product Management. - Workout and analyze controlling data (statistics, sales reporting figures, turnover- and cost analysis). - Realization of the specific e-Business solutions, especially e-Shop implementation on the customers- site in cooperation with the regional sales manager and local IT specialist. - Participation in the assortment and pricing policy for products and catalogs as well as product sales promotions and customer loyalty programs. - Provide active support to the sales colleagues, taking part in sales meetings &amp; supporting in articulation business strategy for successful growth. - To oversee and determine key strategic direction and objectives of the customer support department. The Head of Customer Support drives necessary changes for the improvement of the operating and organizational efficiency of the customer support team. Team Management &amp; Stakeholder Handling: - Leadership by motivation, develop and challenge the employees by different measurements and programs (i.e. making target agreements, set up annual confidential feedback conversations, develop training programs, taking part in the recruiting process, give orientation and support in the introduction phase, drawing up employee scheduling plans.) - Providing support in the sales planning and controlling processes (annual target planning, turnover planning, target achievement, HR planning). Requirements and Qualifications: - Education - Any Graduate (Preferred - Candidates with engineering background). - Experience should be between Experience in Customer Service &amp; orders/tenders, order processing, and customer service. - Team handling experience of a minimum of three years in direct reporting - Experience in ERP-Systems, mainly with SAP/R3 SD module - and other modules, like - MM-, are an advantage. - Enhanced knowledge of MS Office programs. - Ideally, (but not necessarily) sector experience in the field of trading with tools. - Motivated and energetic leadership personality, reliable professional cooperation skills towards internal and external customers, target-orientated leadership.
