Head - Internal Communications - Food Processing (10-18 yrs)

- Develop the internal communication strategy for the company in line with the global communication strategy.

- Understand and cascade the company's cultural ethos, priorities, underpinnings, and communication pillars through strategic internal communication campaigns.

- Conceptualize, Plan, Implement and Sustain engaging campaigns to communicate various messages.

- Strategically plug-in organizational underpinnings in internal content pieces.

- Identify the gaps and challenges in the existing internal communication processes to build and develop effective and internal channels required to deliver our message and achieve the outcomes.

- Creating integrated communication ideas and content, which can be leveraged on various internal platforms.

- Establish and maintain systems/tools to gauge the effectiveness of internal campaigns and evaluate moderations for future and existing campaigns.

Operational

- Curate, Manage and Update content for the intranet portal, company's newsletter, e-mails, presentations, Town Halls, and other internal communication pieces.

- Ensure the content is engaging, topical, relevant and upholds the objectives, brand, and values of the organization.

- Plan and maintain a content pipeline and calendar for internal channels.

- Keep up to date with the current communication trends and developments to ensure relevant and innovative use of digital tools and channels.

- Develop and execute employee engagement and communication programs to bolster employer branding.

- Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all internal communication material.

- Work closely with the regional and local matrix teams to ensure clear, consistent communication for internal programs.

QUALIFICATION:

- Post - Graduation / Masters in Mass Communication/ MBA in Corporate Communication or similar discipline.

- Graduation in Journalism/Mass communication/ English Literature

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:

- In-depth understanding of Employee Communication, Internal Communication and Change Management disciplines.

- Hands-on experience of Mailchimp (or similar tools), Survey Monkey (or similar tools), Digital Newsletter Creation Tools and methods, Video and Audio production technologies/methods, Creative Presentation/Graphics tools etc.

- Follows trends and implements best practices in employee engagement and internal campaign cascading.

- Managing corporate campaigns

- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal

- Content creation/storytelling/ internal blogs expertise.

- Proficiency in graphic designing, presentation, still and video content.

- Creative and analytical ability.

- Ability to understand the business holistically, its financial, legal, and operational reinforcements and what it takes to make it profitable.
