Head - Internal Communications - BFSI

Client is a leading MNC. Features in Forbes list of top #100 companies in the world.

The marketing team is looking for an experienced strategist to develop and execute internal communications strategies and drive employee awareness and engagement by promoting the key objectives of the organization.

This role will focus on boosting the employee experience; to drive engagement and high performance from the teams through planning and executing efficient internal communications efforts, supporting the core values and business priorities, across all channels, and working closely with the leadership team on any communications efforts.

Key Qualifications

- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute communication strategy

- Identify communication needs and opportunities to build effective communication strategies.

- Work with cross-functional team members to aggregate and prioritize key business updates, results, and insights for higher-visibility communications across the broader enterprise.

- Keep employees informed with consistent, timely communications to stay up to business goals, priorities, and long-term vision.

- Support leadership with communication efforts, such as all-hands meetings, email communication, and presentations.

- Focus on accomplishing key Marketing I&D goals and ensure alignment with Apple's I&D goals, solutions, and priorities.

- Drive strategic direction of programs in partnership with teams across countries and regions.

The ideal candidate has a good level of understanding of internal communication techniques, solid experience in communications, PR, and/or marketing, strong storytelling ability, and exceptional writing skills. Working with or for an international organization would be considered an asset.
