Internal Audit Manager (India) has the responsibility to: - Provide to the CLIENT Audit Committeean assessment on the adequacy and effectiveness of the CLIENT's internal control system in the areas of governance, risks and controls; at least annually. - Prepare a risk-based audit plan for the CLIENT in co-operation with the Group Internal Audit, report to the Group Internal Audit and CLIENT Audit Committee. - Lead execution of the internal audit annual plan and follow up the recommendations and defined mitigation actions in the CLIENT. - Lead internal audit engagements in CLIENT for Flexible Packaging entities with field work staff from Indian co-sourcing partner(s), and participate as an internal auditor in other Client- sInternal Audit engagements field work. - Manage Indian co-sourcing partner selection and communication in co-operation with Group Internal Audit. - Ensure that principles of internal auditor's integrity, objectivity and confidentiality are followedin all internal audit activities. - Coordinate the processes with Group's (and CLIENT) statutory auditor in India. - Participate in development of Client's internal audit processes and tools in co-operation with Group Internal Audit. Requirements: - University degree in Industrial Management, Finance, Business Administration and/or Information Technology. - CA with 10+ years of experience in internal audit, internal controls, business process / ERP development and/or risk &assurance services; with excellent knowledge of business management, processes and customer needs. - Experience in corporate governance regulation in India, internal control and risk management frameworks, and internal audit processes and analytical tools. - Experience in Packaging Industry or Food Industry is an advantage. - Deep understanding of various ERP systems, e.g. Oracle processes and controls. - High level of integrity, objectivity and ethics. - Experience in internal audit leadership, and ability to manage a co-sourced internal audit team. - Knowledge and willingness to utilize analytical tools and working processes in field of internal auditing. - Project management skills, ability to set scope and engagement plan, and lead and participate ininternal audit field work. - Communication skills with all levels of organization (auditee, line management, CLIENT senior management, CLIENT Audit Committee and Group Internal Audit) both verbally and in writing. - Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA or CPA is a merit.Or desire to achieve CIA certification. - Willingness to travel in India with team from Indian co-sourcing partner, and to the other continentals with Group Internal Audit team.
