Job Role:
- Formulating the plan and strategy for internal audits, management audits, and concurrent audits for the organization.
- Keep an eye on how the management's policies are being implemented.
- Ensure that internal audits are effective in resolving non-compliance issues through remedial actions, and report the results of internal audits to the audit committee.
- Assess the robustness, efficiency, and design of various processes, and create protocols for each process.
- Collaborate closely with business teams to pinpoint opportunities for growth
- Assure adherence to internal audit standards and regulatory criteria
- In charge of the internal audit team
