Job Description :

Personal Qualification :

1. Integrity - understands Duties of Loyalty and Care.

4. Commitment to professional Auditing Standards.

5. Minimum 8 years of experience in the NBFC/Banking.

General Knowledge and professional Skills :

1. Adequate audit training Licensed auditor in jurisdictions requiring such licensing

2. Is familiar with the BIS's Framework for Internal Control.

Responsibilities :

1. Reviews adequacy of internal controls.

2. Reviews implementation of internal controls.

3. Periodically audits banking and other business operations.

4. Implements the annual work plan for internal audit with a fixed plan of activities ties but also allowing for appropriate investigation time for matters that emerge over the year.

5. Responds to matters that emerge from appropriate referring bodies (the Board of Directors,CEO and other senior Executives).

6. Assists the Board with establishing ethics policy and whistle blowing procedure.

Job Description for the profile of Credit Head.

Responsibilities :

a. Responsible for the review and approval of commercial credit proposals of the company's client and to maintain a good balance between returns and risks exposure.

b. Leads a team of credit approvers to ensure high standard credit quality of the portfolio by using various credit assessment tools.

c. Engages the development, implementation, review and monitoring of various credit programs and providing training and coaching to continuously upgrade the competency of the team members

d.Review and develop the Company's credit approval policies and guidelines as well as participate in ad hoc projects of investigative or trouble-shooting nature on specific customer portfolio.

Requirement :

a. University degree in Finance, Accounting or a related disciplines, preferably with other professional qualifications:-

- Possesses a minimum of 12 years of corporate banking or NBFC experience in lending or related activities experience in Marketing is a definite advantage

b. Credit evaluation experience with complex credits and structuring are involved

c. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

d. A team player who can manage efficiently in a changing environment
