Head - Internal Audit - Manufacturing - CA

This position is with a leading Indian manufacturer in B2C domain. The organisation is more than 30 years old and sells its products through various channels (online and offline). This position will be leading the IA function and reports into the CFO.

Role Summary :

1. Development of the Company Internal audit plan. Initiate a project based audit approach with a detailed assessment of risk and key controls.

2. Prepare / update SOP documentation and RCM documentation for all processes within the company. Need to ensure the same is updated on an annual basis for improvements.

3. Performing audits, IFC controls testing including risk management, control management, and assessing financial reliability of reports. These processes ensure that compliance is met within all the company's systems.

4. Act as an objective source of guidance and advice for teams within the company to make sure that developments and processes are in compliance to law and work towards achieving company-wide goals.

5. Preparation of monthly / quarterly reports for update to finance / stakeholders including a formal quarterly update to the Board of Directors.

Experience / Skills Requirement :

1. CA with 8-10 years- experience in the Internal Audit team in similar type of Industry

2. Softer skills - Communication and drafting skills, Incumbent should be a team player with a solutions oriented approach.
