Head - Internal Audit - Internet/Online

Responsibilities :

- Determine internal audit scope and developing annual plans

- Conduct Financial, IT and Operational audits

- Form a central team focused on understanding business priorities and deep diving into relevant areas in a systemic manner

- Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings

- Objectively review various business processes

- Protect against fraud and theft of the organization's assets

- Make recommendations on how to improve internal controls and governance processes

- Prepare and present reports that reflect audit's results and document process

- Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement

- Maintain open communication with management and audit committee.

Mandatory Requirement :

- 2+ years of experience with Start-up Organizations in Internal Audit Role.

- Comfortable with Gurgaon Location.

- 10+ years of relevant experience in Internal Audit Role.

- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting and auditing principles, practices, procedures and tools.

- In-depth understanding of Startup

- Adaptability to new-age technologies

- Analytical bend of mind

- Good communication and influencing skills

- Internal Audit functions leadership experience of a Startup company (employee cars /media /leasing /repossessed
