Head - Internal Audit - BFSI #Microfinance #MFI #SmallFinance #smallcredit Head - Internal Audit Work Experience/Requirements: - Minimum 15 years of Post Qualification experience in Internal Audit with with MFIs. - Should have experience in internal audit processes & systems and strong knowledge of internal audit, risk management, Internal Financial controls, compliance management, fraud investigations, whistle blow management with working with Stakeholders, Senior Leadership Team and Audit Committee. - Strong oral and written communication - Efficient in data analysis and must be a critical thinker. - Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and senior management. - Uphold high standards of business ethics. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible to lead and manage team of Internal Auditors. - Planning and supervising the delivery of risk-based audit plan. - Oversee the execution of internal audit defined in the risk-based audit plan in time. - Report on the audit related compliances to key stakeholders and work with them during audit process. - Ensuring end to end Internal Audit and supervising various investigations. - Communicating audit finding to the audit committee, board members and other internal and external stakeholders. - Leading various cost saving & optimization projects. - Organizing team building activities and programs.
