Head - Internal Audit - BFS

Ensure the compliances and processes/ policies are being following at branch level by conducting bias free and accurate audits as per the laid down functional processes and polices.

Responsibilities/ Duties :

1. Conduct audit as per the policy approved by the management.

2. Effectively manage the Internal Audit team

3. Monitor the branch audit reports within a stipulated time and share with branches along with their department head.

4. Present the critical issues to management and analyses on quarterly basis.

5. Adhere to internal and regulatory compliances

6. Analyze and monitor audit team performance

7. Design and implement audit calendar

8. Timely review of the reports in qualitative audit reports (depth, coverage, data, presentation, etc.). Closure of pending compliance in audit reports within a stipulated time

9. Incessantly evolve the process to increase the efficiency of the processes in the relevant manual of instructions for businesses

10. Coordinate with the auditees to ensure there are no concerns or disputes which are raised post publishing the report.

11. Effectively and timely resolve issues related to process, product and lending system.

12. Analyze trend of portfolio / originations to improve the process and policy.

13. Work with the functional heads to drive process discipline in the branches.

14. Manage periodic interaction with branches to understand credit and sales paradigms.

15. Manage the relationship between auditor and auditee.

16. Create and implement a training roadmap for the Compliance & Audit team.
