Job Description:

Role Title: Head - Internal Audit

Role Summary:

- Lead the Internal Audit & Risk function and provide key insights to leadership.

What the role entails - Key accountabilities/ responsibilities

1. Responsible for leading internal audit function and various corporate governance initiatives for the Organisation.

2. Develop Strategic objectives and risk-based annual audit plans and monitoring progress for effective and timely completion.

3. Design and implementation of audit processes and methodology.

4. Partner with businesses and functions for improving the control environment.

5. Work with stakeholders on identification and mitigation of enterprise risk.

6. Monthly presentations to management and prepared Audit Committee presentations.

7. Oversee the risk-based financial, technical, operational, project management & cost rationalization and IT System audits.

8. Providing guidance in designing and formulating the framework for Internal Audit, Self-Audit mechanism, Risk Management.

9. Actively support/ lead Process Improvement, Policy Restructuring and other strategic initiatives including review of Authority Matrix, Standard Operating Procedures etc.

10. Work with statutory auditors for smooth completion of their IFC testing and reporting.

11. Change manage audit processes within the organization

Education, Experience, Certification, Exposure, Stakeholder interfaces Essential Desirable

- Strong aptitude for understanding of internal processes; Different functions- Finance, Sourcing, Projects- .

- Should have a consulting experience

- Evaluates and establishes norms/ processes that enable quick and timely decision making
