- Enable comprehensive real estate services to support the firm's business activities and new directions in order to measure up to strategic needs of the organization.

- Manage activities including real estate portfolio management, acquisition and disposition of office space, Warehouse including Third Party Logistics (TPL), Country lease administration, sublease administration, design and portfolio benchmarking for locations across India.

- Implement IFM (Integrated Facility Management) in across all Industrial, Warehouse and Manufacturing Locations.

- Process Improvement in terms of overall governance not limited to facilities & maintenance but invoicing, payment collection, managing the P&L, compliances and vendor management.

- Managing Vendor management system like inception of new cost effective vendors, vendor evaluation based on compliance scores, vendor evaluation and service delivery across sites.

- Identifying Risk and Opportunities, highlighting risk to the management to subdue and capitalizing on the opportunities to add on P&L.

- Develop site specific plan along with working on Baseline cost & savings.

- Conduct management reviews on a monthly, quarterly or half yearly basis.

- Develop and work on SLA/KPI's with vendor staff to improve efficiency.

- Develop the SOP's for various sub departments for consistency and continuity of service.

- Effectively formulate concept, policies and their implementation on complex strategic, human & critical material resources.

- Supervise and administering related activities including facilities planning, and utilization of resources.

Education / Experience

- Must have a minimum of 15 to 20 years- experience in managing facilities & property management services of large manufacturing setup.

- Expertise in Integrated Facility Management.

- Exceptional communicator, excellent interpersonal and man management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and motivate large cross functional teams.

- Flexibility and adaptability to new instructions and/or dynamic organizational priorities is critical for job success.

- Manoeuvres through complex political situations effectively

- Seeks opportunities for organizational improvements.
