Head - InsurTech (5-15 yrs)
Looking for a Head- InsurTech for a Fintech Firm based in Pune.
- As the Head of InsurTech, you will be responsible for the strategy, sourcing, scoping, and ultimate delivery of technology, platforms, and information systems across the business including marketing, product, operations, finance, and analytics. You will work closely with the CEO to identify the short and long-term technology and information needs of the business.
- You will represent the Insurance technology needs to and collaborate effectively with the organization and 3rd parties, as needed, to deliver high performance solutions.
- You will be a strategic problem solver, an effective communicator, and an expert in technological development.
- Looking for a candidate who can lead the strategy and execution of modern technology as it relates to both front-end and back-end systems supporting a multi-channel customer experience, and business processes.
- It is essential to the building of the new insurance business that all relationships be established and strengthened. You will use your experience and network, to deftly bring data, insights and technology to bear across the insurance ecosystem to bring key differentiators to market faster.
- You will develop talent and optimize team performance through stretch assignments, leadership exposure, career discussions, feedback, etc.
