Job Description:
- Analyze business requirements & functional / technical specifications for Insurance IT systems integration and ensure these are translated into application, interface, data, process flows and reporting solution designs.
- Manage large and complex projects relating to the implementation of business applications, process re- engineering, establishment of control procedures, etc.
- Ensure that planning and designing of projects / applications is such that requirements, budgets and timelines are met.
- Responsible for end -to- end project management- project scoping, system development (internal or through vendors), and testing for integration with internal systems.
- Development project road maps
- Handling large IT vendors
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience in core insurance system and claims management systems in General Insurance domain preferable.
- Experience on Core General Insurance system applications like Gencon / Primeria / PolicyAsia preferred
- Good knowledge about IT infrastructure and application landscape
- Communication skills, ability to engage, lead and drive
