Few pointers for shortlisting :

Education : B.E/B.Tech in Instrumentation Engineering (Full Time) or Equivalent.

Location : Hyderabad or willing to relocate to Hyderabad

Experience : 14 years - 22 Years in the instrumentation maintenance field; few years in supervisory role

Preference : Candidates from companies like OBEETEE, SWITCHGEARS or TYRES ONLY can be considered.

JD (Indicative) :

Key Deliverables/Responsibilities :

- Leading instrument maintenance team and implementing the best maintenance strategy for the plant.

- Troubleshooting of plant instruments problems & determining their root causes & recommending options.

- Calibration of Pressure transmitter, Pressure gauge, Temperature transmitter, Temperature scanner, level gauge, control valves & different types of pneumatic valves.

- Troubleshooting and maintenance of safety instruments like Fire detection system -Knowledge of various types of calibrators like HART, Temperature Calibrator, mA Source and Oxygen analyser.

- Planning of preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance to minimize down time.

- Leading the team in the plant shut down, start up and commissioning.

- Critical and general consumable spare procurement.

- Planning for resources and manpower for planned shutdown of the plant and execution including start up.

- Material procurement & maintaining minimum spares for attending breakdowns and reducing breakdown time in plant.
