- Market the concept and product to the different industry verticals of hospitals, hotels, restaurants and other public and private institutions - Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and strengthens market penetration. - Build &amp; Lead a team of Sales Executives towards achieving the Sales Plan - Must have done Sales Accounts management with various verticals of Businesses like Hotels / Hospitals etc - Map and evaluate the potential different market segments - Prepare and monitor the Sales Pipeline in line with the Business Plan - Understand the competitive environment in terms of alternatives and substitutes - Craft the Go-to-Market and penetration strategies and execute the same - Act as - Voice of Customer- for the organization internally for future products development - Spearhead the response to the changing customer needs and behaviors, underlying the changing customer engagements - Consistent in achieving the revenue targets - Preferably a person who has established and managed a Data Base of B2B customers Experience : - Concept selling to institutions in Hotels / Hospitals / Educational Institutions / other Business Houses - Relationship Management with large clients interacting across the hierarchy - After Sales Service and Technical troubleshooting at customer premises - Preparing proposals, RFP/RFQ and responding to tenders - Negotiating long-term contracts involving product supply and service - Exposure to Social Media marketing and analytics thereof - Successfully handled an independent Cost Center - Dealing with govt and quasi-govt enterprises - Preferably from a Consumer Durables Industry or FMCG Sectors - Preferably part of a successful startup which has gone through the complete cycle of Product &amp; Businesses - Entrepreneurial experience either personally till exit or part of an organization which has been through the same Personality : - Strategic thinking ability - Problem-solving mindset - Dynamic individual with Independent Thinking - A motivating leader who is personally Self Driven - An open minded person ready for embracing new challenges - Engineering graduate with an MBA from premier institutions - 8-10 Years in Institutional Sales as a solutions provider - As per Market Standard with ESOPs
