- Map prospective Corporate and Institutional accounts. - Develop and support sales opportunities that lead to pitches, engagement, relationship building &amp; growth that convert to revenues. - Be a Brand Ambassador of the company. - Collaborate with the sales &amp; marketing team to develop marketing collateral and messaging. - Strategize with the sales team to improve sales processes. - Ensure operational excellence in the day-to-day management of business including forecasting, pipeline development, training, hiring, and performance management. - Manage senior level conversations with Corporate and Institution Heads and other business leaders. - Host tours of life style facilities. - Be a creative thinker who looks outside of the box to find practical solutions to meet growing sales targets. - Maintain a high level of awareness of the Company's offerings while staying current in understanding of the competition and Industry trends. Requirements: - Minimum 7 yrs experience. - MBA from a top tier college preferably IIM/ISB. - Financial Services or Management Consulting with an exposure to Real Estate would be ideal. - Strong experience working with Senior Management of Corporate and Institutions. - Excellent Multi-disciplinary skills &amp; Relationship and Networking skills. - Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills - Ability to get into details and deliver results on time. - Strong knowledge of Sales-force reporting and dashboards and highly focused on numbers and process. - Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit. - Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills. - Exposure to digital marketing practices &amp; channels.
