Job Title - Head of Insights and Solutions

Location - Bangalore

Reporting to - CEO

Key Responsibilities:

- Heading the insights function within the Company - all cross functional MIS personnel will be reporting to him/her.

- Analysing business and functional performance reports on a regular basis and making actionable recommendations.

- Creating a strong multi-functional insight system for the business and helping conversion of excel based tracking into tech-based solutions.

- Leading key projects identified by leadership across the functions: like sales, growth, cost optimisation, process, IT, growth, Marketing etc. that maximise business impact / benefits within a realistic setting.

- Translate processes and technologies into business values and drive change.

- Visualise process changes in collaboration with business stakeholders and the end user for the improvement of existing business processes.

- Effectively interact with business stakeholders for digital solutions.

- Providing analytical support to maximize product performance, conducting merchandising and financial analysis.

- Create reports to track food Cost variance and Corrections.

- Coordinate with various departments for business development initiatives, optimizing pricing strategies.
