Head of Insight(Analytics) Ecommerce-Chennai 1. The role holder will be heading Data analytics, Website analytics, Business insights, personalization, and competitive intelligence in the Ecommerce team. 2. Responsible for formulating strategy and driving the implementation of Website Analytics which is Implementing Behavioral analytics and generating Insights. 3. Responsible for leading team of Analytics implementation, Business Reporting, and Dashboard Management. 4. Responsible to collaborate and drive synergies within the various teams like Web analytics, Customer Insight and Data Personalization. 5. Responsible for leading the team of Customer Insight who will be generating customer insights from offline interactions and competition analysis. 6. Responsible for leading the Data Personalization team who will be further responsible for maintaining data integrity, personalization, and data repository to support various business functions. 7. Responsible for strategizing a team of Data operations, Data scientists, and SQL developers. Onsite role in Company HQ at Chennai,TN Notice Period 60 or lesser will be preferred
