1) Achieve the KPIs and objectives for the BU by driving various inside sales/SDR teams to work towards delivering results 2) Develop high performing talent by building and executing training playbooks 3) Develop and execute on a data driven end-to-end Inside sales/SDR plan with a strong focus on inbound and Outbound techniques to achieve Sales qualified Leads target 4) Manage and groom teams for a high-performance culture and be a champion of our client's core values 5) Ensure the quality of leads (quality over quantity) 6) Understand the B2B and Technology space and customer behavior of different segments 7) Liaise with sales team and work closely with them to get feedback for improvement based on a data centric approach
