Head - Inside Sales - SaaS (6-14 yrs)
Hiring for Head Inside Sales ( SasS) for Sequoia funded Singapore based Saas Company which has built a new-age media delivery infrastructure that provides low code or no-code integration plugins that automate the entire media publishing pipeline
LOCATION - REMOTE ( Can work from anywhere in India)
Work Experience requirements
Work with the Founders to drive the overall sales strategy (inbound and outbound) and growth roadmap for the US/EU(priority) and rest of the world (APAC, NZ, Australia)
- Acquire new enterprise clients (focus on SMBs / mid-market corporates) OR Enterprises in international markets; meet or exceed quarterly/annual sales quotas
- Take responsibility for all phases of the complete sales cycle including pre-sales presentations, client interaction & persuasion, solution design, negotiations, contracting terms, and client service requirements
- Build a strong client engagement and sales pipeline - responsible for forecasting and detailed pipeline management for the geography and customer segments
- Develop long-term relationships with customers as an consultative solution advisor and not as 'sales person'
- Collaborate with Customer Success team to develop account management and growth plans for the existing and new clients.
6-8 years of SaaS/technology sales (inbound - mandatory and outbound - preferable) experience in the international markets (US/UK/Australia) with focus on mid-sized/SMBs/Enterprises
- Experience managing or can manage a team of 8 to 15
- At Least 3 years as a Sales Lead with strong leadership skills and an over-achieving revenue growth track record as a client advisor
- Ability to bring 'voice of the customer' in internal strategic forums
- Entrepreneurial mindset with sharp business acumen and relationship building focus
